RACS - Remore Agent Control System © is comprehensive air freight operational system designed to interface branch offices, agents, and field offices. RACS © operates through the Internet and transmits/receives electornic updates every few minutes. At the agent site when RACS © transmits operational data to the master system, it can also transmit agent electronic invoices which are forwarded to the accounts payable system. The system provides a complete operational database with full access of shipments through the airbill/bill of lading, purchase order number, and shipper or consignee. The system contains all of the operational facilities available through AFIMSII including, automatic rating, operating profit analysis, and management reporting. |
